The Spencer Wing, a private hospital in Kent, came to us with a rather unusual approach…

• “Someone has been working on our website for 18 months and we don’t like it.”
• “We have a trade show coming up and we need it to be ready for then.”
• “The show is on Thursday.”

…so went the conversation, on the Friday evening before the show. On Saturday we received some documents and on Monday we met the clients.

Fortunately, over the course of the previous 18 months, they had developed a good idea of what they wanted to say on the site – their content was ready. The design was starting from scratch though.

A progress meeting was held on the Wednesday morning and by the time their leaflets were being handed out at the trade show, their new website was live.

Finally, we carried out WordPress training on site at the hospital and shortly afterwards the clients were updating their own site.
